Subject: Submission to reform the constitution of Barbados

Dear Sir Madame Ms.
Please consider my humble submission.
I am hesitant to do so because the subjects are thorny to many Barbadians. I do believe, however; that Barbados is ready to take these steps.

1) Legalizing recreational Marijuana should be enshrined in the Barbadian Constitution. The Barbadian public should be able to purchase Marijuana and pay taxes or grow marijuana sell or distribute it to adults. It will and always should be illegal for children to use sell or for parents and guardians to give or share marijuana with minors.

2)Legalization of Sexual Health Care persons (Sex workers). Yes, sexual healthcare persons,18 years and over should be allowed to practice their profession legally without fear of persecution. On the government side, Sexual healthcare personnel should be tested for STDs regularly, and council and peer group discussions should be mandatory to address their concerns. Patrons of sexual healthcare personnel would be required to submit updated health statuses as well.

Sexual healthcare requires persons to be positive and respectful of others.
Sexual healthcare providers give pleasurable safe sexual experiences free of coercion violence and discrimination.

I do hope your committee see my submission in the spirit of deep and healthy respect for my country Barbados.
Thank you for your consideration.

Respectfully.
