Presentation to the Constitution Review Commission

The identity of Barbados is an evolving story as our history unfolds and our development moves us forward to play our role in this turbulent world. In my opinion, the most important elements of our identity are that we are a place and a people of peace, stability and harmony. A place of tranquility, a place of success and achievement with a legacy of good leadership, high level educational competence and respect for the rule of law. I had the opportunity to promote this concept of Barbados in the People’s Republic of China during my stay there as Barbados Ambassador during the period 2014 to 2017.
