needs to stop stealing credit from phones like who takes the whole lot after a month if you didn't get a chance to use it though does it slowly but surely!!!!! Some people like pensioners and other people who may not use a phone often have credit on their phone in case of an emergency!!!! It is the right of the customer from any network to have their credit untouched for up to a year but these groups have been robbing the public for years!!!!!!! They need urgent training like government workers because they too don't have a clue about anything!!!!!!
