Subject: Squatter's Rights Legislation

I suggest that it is unreasonable and unfair for person (s) to erect structure (s) on a parcel of land with out the permission of the owner(s) and then the squatter(s) can claim ownership after some years, especially when the owner(s) is paying the yearly Land Tax.
