Subject: Constitutional Reccomendations

My reccomendations and ideas for what should at least be included into the new constitution are:

1) Implement Term limits for the prime minister. They can only run twice 2) Have fixed terms of 5 years for parliament

3)Place the right to have an abortion into the constitution.

4) Freedom for sexual orientation and the right to marry any consulting adult, freedom of religion , and have the government be secular.

5) Freedom of political beliefs that dont commit hate crimes like Facism.

5) Change election procedure from first- past-the-post to proportional representation which should prevent electoral wipe outs and no opposition.

6) Implement 32 hour work week as the maximum without overtime and have overtime beyond the 32 hours. And that no pay is reduced by employers or loss of benefits. Contract workers must be paid benefits such as paid sick leave and paid vacation. End the loop hole.

7) Legalise sex work and just tax it as a new industry like in other countries

8) Increase gun regulation futher to the point its like Japan where its difficult to even get a fire arm
