Good morning,
Property should never be seized by the government from private citizens on behalf a private citizen or entity.
The developer should be forced to negotiate their own deals with out relying on the force of government.
Property owners forced to sell to the government should be compensated based on the value of the property considering the value based on its future use.
If the future use changes after the acquisition then the seller should be compensated at the highest value. there should be a ten year look back.
