Dear Sir/ Madam,

I would like to have the law changed with regard to a lawyer have to be involved in the sale of property/ real estate for the following reasons:

Lawyers tend to be dishonest
Lawyers tend to delay the process hence a long time for progress
Lawyers have to be paid for a service which could be do so any wise individual that is capable of the process once the law allows it.
