Subject: Independent Body to investigate police complaints and crimes.

Sir/Madam

I really believe that in the interest of justice there must be an independent body, (that does not report to the police chain of command) that will investigate all reports against Police whether they be misconduct , criminal involvement, failure to produce public documents , e.g. simple accident reports that are required by insurance companies.
