Suggestions for the Constitution

To Whom It May Concern ,

Now I don't practice law but I ground my thinking on basic common sense. Therefore my main suggestion to whomever has the final say to please kindly pass laws that are justifiable. For example why reprimand humans for using something as natural as marijuana but ok alcohol, try passing a law that when pedophiles return into society not only do parents know, but there is some kind of online database that their faces can be seen. Now this is a law i can get behind, it makes sense and all genders will agree. Well good look on the rest and I look forward to seeing a new and revamp Constitution.
