Hi,

Barbaos laws should not contain any provisions that will allow for the modification of any constitution provision without the express approval of the electorate. The statute on money laundering contains just such a provision that may be used to stealthily modify constitutional provisions. These types of provisions should not be allowed and must be removed or declared null and void.
