Subject: All lands adjoining roadways.

I is asking that in New constitution going forward owner's of lands adjoining roadways be made responsible for cleaning and upkeep of the property and the reserve adjoining the roadways. Also I would ask that government compulsory aquire all derilect properties and they be vested in NHC to be added to they rental pool .
